Editorial policy
Clarity is an editorial choice.
Source-backed explanations, transparent examples, and no invented credentials or performance promises.
Explain before evaluating
The editorial purpose is to make altcoin research questions understandable. Articles focus on identity, account models, supply definitions, data quality, wallet permissions, and accounting distinctions. We do not publish guaranteed returns, personalized allocations, or token purchase instructions.
Use evidence with a defined scope
Each field note contains one editorial link to a primary or authoritative source relevant to its subject. Internal links connect related explanations without introducing additional outbound editorial references. Important claims should be traceable to the cited source or to clearly identified arithmetic and reasoning. A project’s own documentation is appropriate for its described mechanism, but not independent proof that the project is safe.
Keep examples honest
Worked examples use fictional quantities and clearly stated assumptions. They are not customer results, market snapshots, or forecasts. The website does not use invented testimonials, partnerships, professional credentials, subscriber counts, or performance statistics. Its author identity is TrackAltcoins.com, not a fabricated individual expert.
Distinguish documentation from promotion
Named assets and third-party sources are included to explain a concept. Listing a project, linking its documentation, or discussing its token does not imply affiliation or endorsement. The site contains no affiliate purchase links or sponsored token placements. Any future commercial placement should be clearly identified rather than blended into an educational claim.
Correct material issues
A useful correction identifies the page, the statement, the evidence, and the scope of the change. Send corrections to [email protected]. Do not include recovery phrases, credentials, personal financial documents, or other confidential material.
Dates and publication records
Visible publication dates, structured data, article listings, and RSS entries should agree. An article should not appear freshly modified merely because a page was rendered or a calendar date changed. Where a genuine material revision is recorded, the date and change should reflect that event. A publication date is never a substitute for the observation time of market data.
Respect the reader’s decision
Readers should be able to understand the limitations of a source and reach their own conclusions. The goal is not to eliminate uncertainty with an attractive score. It is to make the uncertainty, assumptions, and next questions clear enough to inspect.
